We deliver to the whole of the UK. Your available options and exact costs are shown at checkout, based on where you are.
Order before 1:00 PM (GMT) on a business day and we'll dispatch it for next-day delivery. After the cut-off, or over weekends and bank holidays, we'll get it moving on the next working day.
Next-day orders typically arrive the following business day. We work hard to hit that, but couriers aren't always perfectly on schedule — your location and occasional external factors can shift things slightly. We'll keep you updated either way.
Costs are based on where you're sending to and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
If we can't get the delivery through after a couple of attempts, the package will come back to us. Get in touch and we'll arrange to resend it — just make sure your address and contact number are correct when you place your order.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. Just make sure it's in its original condition and packaging, and get in touch before you send anything back so we can sort it properly.
