These are the terms and conditions for shopping at Bakhtar Market. By using our website, you're agreeing to them — so it's worth a quick read. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't place an order.
We sell Afghan and international groceries — nuts, spices, rice, cold drinks, sweets, and more. Prices and availability can change. We'll always show the current price clearly before you confirm your order.
You place your order through our website. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Once you've placed an order, we'll confirm it by email. In rare cases — for example, if something goes out of stock or there's a pricing error — we may need to cancel or adjust your order. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you straight away.
We deliver across the UK. Delivery costs and estimated dates are shown at checkout before you pay. For full details on how delivery works, see our delivery page.
If you're not happy with your order, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. Items need to be in their original condition and packaging. Get in touch before sending anything back and we'll tell you what to do. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
